Terms & Conditions

Digital Miles Group employs a professional approach while dealing with its clients, and expects reciprocation of the same.

By entering into a contract for availing the services provided by Digital Miles Group, the client hereby declares that they are in complete compliance with the following legally-binding terms and conditions:

Contractual Terms

  • The relationship between Digital Miles Group and its client shall be independent and contract-based. This Agreement shall be effective only within the time frame set in the Order Form. The Agreement shall be terminated by either Party within 30 days of the receipt of written notice by the other consenting Party.
  • The two Parties shall agree upon a fixed date of commencement of the services, and charges shall be levied beginning from that date.
  • Digital Miles Group shall provide a monthly performance report of the services to the client.
  • An individual who is not a Party mentioned in the contract shall not own any rights or privileges under, or in connection, with it.

Payment Terms

  • If the client avails any monthly service packages from Digital Miles Group, they shall mandatorily pay the full chargeable amount prior to the commencement of the work.
  • If Digital Miles Group and the client agree upon a fixed quote regarding any service, they are liable to pay 50% of the billable amount in advance prior to the commencement of the service. The remaining 50% of the payment shall be made by the client within 7 days of the commencement of that service.
  • Digital Miles Group shall send a monthly invoice to the client in advance for the service(s) availed.
  • And in case the client fails to pay the full amount as declared in the monthly invoice, Digital Miles Group shall terminate the service(s) immediately.

Liability Terms

  • Digital Miles Group shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses due to delay in the service(s) delivered, where the delay is attributed to natural or intractable causes.
  • The clients shall defend, cover, and/or hold Digital Miles Group not-guilty, from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses related to the services, including, but not limited to, claims (by third parties) related to false advertising, liability for products or services sold by the client; patent, copyright and/or trademark infringements; disruption or malfunction of services provided; or any content submitted by the client for publication by Digital Miles Group.
  • Any content/information given by the clients to Digital Miles Group for publication will be accessible by the public as soon as the content/information is published.

Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to own the following responsibilities in return of the services Digital Miles Group provides them:

  • Providing Digital Miles Group with FTP access to the websites for uploading new pages, and making changes for the purpose of Search Engine Optimization services.
  • Authorizing Digital Miles Group to freely utilize all logos, trademarks, and website images, and all other relevant media the client owns, for creating informational pages and any other uses as deemed necessary by the service provider for search engine positioning and optimization.
  • Providing additional relevant textual content in electronic format for the purpose of creating additional web pages if Digital Miles Group deems the already available information on the client’s website insufficient. For example, the client will be asked to provide 200- to 500-word articles about each of their keyword phrases. Else, they may also register for the Company’s content services.


If we, at any time during the term of a service contract, fail to insist upon the strict adherence to any of your obligations under the service contract, or any of the aforementioned terms and conditions, it does not consequentially release you from any of those obligations, and will not constitute a waiver.

Any waiver of the T&Cs will be applicable only if it is communicated to you by the concerned authority in writing.
